You have to give us the three bank account details and the proportion in which the money needs to be distributed. System will automatically distribute the amount in all three accounts

Absolutely. Members who have paid the complete dues will be removed from the reminder process

You can manually update the record on the system for these members and they will not receive the payment reminders

2.5% is the platform cost which is non-negotiable. However the total cost to the club shall be less than the amount lost as uncollected fee in the manual process. A very small cost for the additional benefits of ease of payment by members, seamless record keeping, time save of people involved.

All the members who have still not paid will continue to receive reminders and their name will feature in the drop-down of pending members which will be available for everyone to see.
